Job Summary
Director, Corporate Enabling Functions FP&A leads strategic partnership and delivers long-range and annual operating planning, forecasting, and reporting for Corporate Enabling Functions (R&D, IT, Finance, HR, Law) with accountability for capital allocation governance and risk/insurance programs. Responsibilities include guiding ~6 managers and professionals, partnering with ~ELT-level stakeholders responsible for ~$200M OpEx and ~$15M CapEx, owning budgeting/forecasting, ensuring accurate close processes, delivering enterprise and functional analytics, and providing data-driven insights to inform executive decisions. Requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA in Finance preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience; strong leadership and communication skills; hybrid in HQ Princeton, NJ; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles
- Practical experience in Corporate FP&A in a publicly traded company or managing a business is strongly desired
- Experience forecasting revenue, GAAP and non-GAAP income, working capital and other balance sheet accounts, and cash flows for a business or business unit
- Experience managing a team of people leaders and/or large teams
- MBA in Finance is preferred
- Experience in the MedTech or broader life sciences industry is preferred
