Director, Corporate Development

Lead all aspects of deal execution, including target identification, structuring, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation for M&A transactions. Establish relationships with executives across Global Business Units to develop inorganic strategies and manage a deal pipeline in collaboration with investment banks. Evaluate strategic fit, risks, and synergies to support executive decision-making while overseeing internal review and approval processes with C-level leadership. Collaborate with the M&A integration team to ensure seamless transitions and evolve Corporate Development processes using AI tools and advanced analytics. Report to the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development & Ventures.
