Job Summary
Director-level strategic leadership for Anaqua’s Corporate Development team focusing on end-to-end M&A deal execution, financial modeling, and integration planning. Responsibilities include maintaining an M&A priority roadmap, developing acquisition theses aligned with product strategy, engaging with target management and industry bankers, managing NDA through deal close, building complex financial models to quantify synergies, leading joint business planning post-closing, coordinating due diligence across functions, creating acquisition materials for executive governance, and leading post-close value realization and integration efforts. Requires a track record in software/services transactions, exceptional financial modeling, strong executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams; MBA or JD preferred, willingness to travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
