Job Summary
Provide proactive legal advice on global subsidiary management, corporate governance, and general corporate matters for Regeneron's domestic and international subsidiaries. Draft shareholder and board resolutions, manage the cloud-based corporate document database, and oversee the formation of future subsidiaries. Coordinate with Tax, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams to support statutory audits, filings, banking mandates, and intercompany transactions. Assist with SEC reporting, Section 16 filings, treasury function support, and corporate transactions. Manage competing priorities across international jurisdictions while reducing reliance on outside counsel.
Required Qualifications
- JD with excellent law school credentials
- Licensed to practice law in New York, or eligible for licensure as registered in-house counsel in New York
- 8–10 years of experience in SEC reporting, public company compliance, corporate governance, and/or global subsidiary management

- Experience with international subsidiary management and cross-border corporate governance matters
