Job Summary
Director, Corporate Community responsible for end-to-end design, production, and delivery of B2B products for SCMP’s executive community. Leads flagship C-suite events and roundtables across Hong Kong, Asia, and Mainland China; sources and manages heavyweight speakers; designs agendas addressing strategic issues for Asia-based executives; oversees on-site delivery and logistics; develops SCMP Plus exclusive events; delivers corporate media training and expert-network services; drives community engagement and growth, ensuring high-member satisfaction and retention. Must excel in stakeholder management, event programming, and cross-border market navigation with fluency in English and Mandarin; office-based in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in executive event programming, C-level community delivery, or B2B product execution
- Proven track record in designing and delivering flagship C-suite events and roundtables across Asia, especially in Mainland China
- Demonstrated ability to source and secure global heavyweight speakers through personal networks, agencies, or institutional relationships
- Experience delivering media training, executive tools, or expert network services to senior leaders
- Strong understanding of the China business landscape and the ability to operate effectively in Hong Kong, Asia, and Mainland China markets
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Cantonese or other Asian languages are a plus

- Impeccable project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes products simultaneously
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite leaders
