Job Summary

Shape and evolve Danone USA's corporate narrative and reputation strategy by translating business priorities into compelling stories and integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and digital channels. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging and thought leadership while building relationships with key media and external stakeholders. Lead executive visibility initiatives and partner across Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and the global network to deliver storytelling programs. Coach team members to foster creativity and continuous learning. This hybrid role requires reporting to the office three days per week and offers a salary range of $165,000-237,000 USD.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, reputation management, public affairs, public relations, or a related field
  • Experience developing and executing integrated communications and thought leadership strategies
  • Strong media relations experience and demonstrated success securing impactful earned media coverage
  • Experience advising senior executives and supporting executive visibility initiatives
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic communications skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across functions
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Interest in emerging trends shaping communications, including AI, digital influence, and evolving media consumption behaviors
  • Must be able to regularly report to assigned office location at least 3 days per week
