Director, Corporate Banking - Native American Financial Services

Director, Corporate Banking role focusing on driving business development and managing client relationships across mid-to-large corporate clients in multiple sectors. Key responsibilities include originating corporate finance opportunities, building and managing a pipeline, serving as primary client contact, sourcing and structuring corporate finance transactions, collaborating with product teams to cross-sell lending, capital markets, treasury, and advisory services, and driving deal execution from pitching to closing. Must ensure sound underwriting and prepare materials for credit approval, maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements, and represent the bank at community and industry events. Requires 10+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets and FINRA SIE, S7, S79, and S63 licenses; BA/BS in finance or related field or equivalent experience; travel required as part of role.
