Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day global accounting operations and partner with CFO & Controller in financial reporting and budgeting. Manage General Ledger integrity during the transition to SAP S/4HANA while overseeing core controllership functions including financial close and accounting operations. Ensure SOX compliance and prepare for IPO readiness. Implement FinTech tools and leverage AI to enhance accounting processes. Direct and develop a team of SAP Finance SMEs and accountants, fostering organizational capability in SAP Finance competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Active CPA license is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with specific experience managing complex, multi-ERP environments.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience administering and implementing SAP S4/Hana, preferably in a global, multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Strong computer skills working with advanced ERP systems, specific experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield implementation) is required.
- Experience with automation tools such as BlackLine, Power BI, AP and AR automation tools.
- Experience implementing FinTech tools and leveraging AI for process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills to include lookups, pivots, and building models.
