Lead multiple teams to implement strategies for architecture and delivery of interdependent, scalable distributed systems. Orchestrate cross-group optimization for high-throughput data processing, align stakeholders on scalability requirements, and oversee elastic designs. Provide strategic oversight for fault-tolerant, in-service-upgradable architectures and set direction for partition-aware design choices. Establish expectations for formal verification, peer reviews, and SLO-aligned durability and availability standards. Drive KPI and telemetry strategies, create complex dashboards, and ensure functional/correctness validation meets organizational needs. Guide organization-wide incident management, eliminate customer maintenance windows, and enforce consistent SOPs. Provide strategic security guidance on encryption and access controls, oversee remediation and compliance documentation, and sponsor automation and change-management alignment for safe system updates.
