Job Summary

Coordinate enterprise talent, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives while driving restructuring activities and organizational changes across Wealth Management HR. Shape high-impact employee experiences including Town Halls, offsites, and learning forums to strengthen culture and capability. Lead process optimization from discovery through implementation, leveraging AI and automation to simplify workflows and improve efficiency. Partner with senior management and HR product teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects. Assist with HR purchase logistics, hoteling, and space planning. Located in Purchase, NY or NYC (midtown).

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 3-6 years of Human Resources experience
  • 3-6 years of Business experience
  • 3-6 years of Project Management experience
