Job Summary
Lead company-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives and drive operational excellence across a global manufacturing organization. Build and manage Continuous Improvement strategy, establish KPIs and dashboards, identify opportunities with executive leadership, and roll up monthly performance updates. Travel as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, 5+ years in Lean Six Sigma/CI programs, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- 5+ years leading Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programs in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred
