Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise Continuous Improvement strategy across all logistics operations, driving operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead enterprise-wide process improvement in warehousing, transportation, and distribution while eliminating waste and standardizing best practices across the global network. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support customer implementations, facility startups, and network expansions, ensuring successful go-live execution and post-launch stabilization. Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, establishing performance dashboards to track productivity, cost efficiency, and quality metrics. Build organizational capability by mentoring Continuous Improvement professionals and leading change management efforts to sustain a culture of continuous improvement across the logistics network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operations
- 7+ years leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Engineering, or Business Transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site logistics operations, startup implementations, process engineering, and enterprise transformation programs
- Experience supporting customer implementations, facility startups, automation projects, and network optimization
- Must be legally authorized to work in The United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- APICS/ASCM (CSCP or CPIM)
- Lean Enterprise Certification
- Prosci Change Management Certification
