Job Summary
Create and execute the Journey to Excellence Masterplan, coaching Plant Leaders and Functional Directors on JTE methodology, value creation, and root cause analysis. Lead strategic build on Supply Chain Transformation aligned with Business Unit Commercial LTP's, developing the next generation CCI agenda and managing network design changes to streamline capabilities. Govern the regional value pool including loss analysis, capital investments, and horizontal themes like labor, material waste, and procurement sourcing. Drive digitalization plans for ERP and MES solutions to fuel growth, influencing global automation strategies while building a continuous process improvement pipeline. Establish performance control systems from plant level to global, ensuring alignment with IBP processes and KPI governance. Manage concurrent priorities across time zones, requiring travel and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience
- progressing leadership roles in Supply Chain & Manufacturing
