Job Summary

Translate organizational priorities into actionable content, distribution, and monetization plans while serving as the strategic planning partner to the VP. Lead the development of annual business plans, seasonal strategies, and special projects across the Content, Social, and Creators organization. Manage team budget planning, resource allocation, and connections with Finance for invoicing and procurement. Build operational excellence by defining team processes, centralizing updates, and sharing content calendars, narratives, and weekly storylines across Media and Marketing departments. Govern the non-live content portfolio, ensuring investments align with fan growth, engagement, and revenue objectives. Monitor performance metrics including audience growth, engagement, and sponsorship delivery to establish KPI frameworks connecting storytelling to business impact. Provide actionable recommendations based on market trends and insights to drive alignment among stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments within a sports production environment
  • Experience leading producers, production staff, and on-air talent
  • Demonstrated success identifying, recruiting, and developing production staff and talent
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of the live sports television landscape and emerging media trends
  • Understanding of technological workflows and emerging production technologies
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of soccer and Major League Soccer
