Job Summary
Supervise construction management, planning, scheduling, execution, and cost management for wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders while inspecting sites to ensure conformance with budgets, schedules, and technical specifications. Coordinate with vendors, design teams, and third-party contractors to develop timelines, secure resources, and manage performance. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, manage project budgets, and review invoices to maintain accurate financial records. Submit approved bills per company procedures and ensure all administrative and field paperwork is completed timely.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- 15+ years of progressive construction experience required
- Experience with construction wind energy projects and/or PV Solar & BESS energy projects
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent efforts and provide high quality deliverables accurately and on time
- Experience in supervising and/or managing direct reports including hiring, annual reviews, delivering constructive feedback and directing work of others
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications including performing financial and analytical computations in Excel
- Detail oriented and adaptable to changing working requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment that emphasizes attention to detail, meeting deadlines and working together to achieve company-wide goals
- Demonstrated 'can do' attitude in embracing company goals and initiatives
