Director, Construction

Serve as the owner's senior construction leader for a ~$500 million pharmaceutical capital project, overseeing all site construction activities, EPC/CM partners, and trade contractors. Lead the construction management organization, including construction managers and field engineers, while providing governance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution aligned with capital governance and regulatory expectations. Establish execution strategies, coordinate engineering, procurement, and operations teams, and drive accountability to meet project commitments. Champion a Zero Incident safety culture, oversee contractor safety programs, and monitor performance metrics. Provide executive oversight of the integrated master project schedule, manage construction budgets and cost forecasts, and lead change management and risk reviews. Support construction readiness for commissioning, qualification, and validation to enable successful facility start-up. Report regularly to senior leadership on safety, schedule, cost, and risk performance.
