Director, Connected Commerce

Job Summary
Lead customer connected commerce and retail media strategy, translating brand objectives into actionable transaction-driving plans across retail, eCommerce, delivery, and foodservice ecosystems. Develop scalable audience products using advanced analytics, look-alike modeling, and clean room collaboration to optimize path-to-purchase outcomes. Govern investment across retail media networks and agency partners, establishing scorecards, benchmarks, and test-and-learn priorities to drive revenue growth and household penetration. Build measurement frameworks connecting impressions to transactions, leading incrementality assessments and post-program reviews to inform future planning. Leverage AI-enabled planning, forecasting, and dynamic creative optimization to automate reporting and improve media effectiveness while managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, media, connections planning, commerce media, retail media, data-driven marketing, or marketing technology
- Advanced knowledge of retail media networks and commerce platforms, including how they plan, buy, measure, report, and optimize campaigns
- Strong strategy development and media planning experience across online and offline channels, including digital display, mobile, video, programmatic, CTV/OTT, paid search, paid social, and shoppable media
- Strong analytical capability with understanding of attribution, incrementality, MMM/eMMM, test design, dashboards, competitive reporting, and performance optimization
- Ability to translate business briefs and customer objectives into media strategy, investment recommendations, measurement plans, and clear agency briefs
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate partners, negotiate value, identify innovation opportunities, and manage agency/vendor relationships
- Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while balancing brand-building, customer growth, and transaction-driving outcomes
- Exceptional communication, project management, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
