Job Summary
Lead a team of two in compliance partnering, risk assessments, and policy localization for Organon China. Drive continual improvement of global compliance programs, design new control measures for business activities, and prepare tailored training materials while conducting internal investigations and coordinating external government enquiries. Manage the monthly Compliance Committee agenda, minutes, and follow-up tracking. Report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, China, with a focus on coaching the team and supporting daily business operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years' working experiences
- 3-5 years being a compliance BP
- Solid management skills
- An ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, well-organized and professional, with an ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgment
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
- Speaking and writing Mandarin and English is a must
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese(Mandarin)
