Job Summary
Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives; design competitive salary structures and incentive programs; lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive; collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to address compensation challenges with data-driven solutions; provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation matters including new hires, promotions, and retention; drive program enhancements based on gaps identified from market data and internal pay equity analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required
- Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience
