Job Summary
Director, Compensation responsible for developing and executing compensation strategies, designing competitive salary structures and incentive programs, collaborating with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data-driven solutions, leading market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive internally and externally, and providing guidance to senior leadership on compensation matters for new hires, promotions, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required
- Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience
