Director, Compensation - North America

Lead the strategy, design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to ensure programs are market competitive, compliant, operationally efficient, and aligned with onsemi's business objectives. Provide hands-on expertise in market pricing, job architecture, salary administration, incentive design, pay transparency, and governance to attract and retain talent across engineering, technical, manufacturing, professional, and leadership populations while supporting growth, performance, and fiscal discipline.
