Job Summary
Lead omnichannel communication campaigns by designing and executing enterprise-wide messaging across digital, social, and live event channels. Partner with Community Relations, Social Impact, and Diversity teams to develop talking points, presentations, and targeted strategies that drive adoption and engagement. Independently manage complex change management initiatives while leveraging data insights to assess and evolve communications approaches. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of communications experience, with a focus on executive and external stakeholder relationships. The position is full-time onsite at Fidelity's Corporate Communications team, which protects the firm's reputation and supports associates through talent development and inclusive culture initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years as a communications professional
- experience with executive, internal, or external communications
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
- Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills
- ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support adoption and engagement
- Strong project management skills
- ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment
- Ability to independently drive key components of communications and change management initiatives
