Job Summary
Director of Community Care Strategy leads enterprise-level community-based care delivery, access expansion, and utilization management; builds and leads a high-performing community care and impact team; translates community needs and vulnerability data into scalable care pathways; guides pilots and embeds community-based strategies into enterprise planning and performance management; serves as strategic advisor to senior leaders to ensure clinically aligned, financially responsible, and equity-focused initiatives; requires Master’s degree and 7–10 years of healthcare strategy experience; hybrid on-campus role in the Omaha region with potential relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree required (MPH, MHA, MBA, or related field)
- 7–10 years of progressive healthcare strategy or population health experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate community needs into operational care models
- Demonstrated knowledge of mixed methods assessment practices
- Experience building relationships among community charities and corporate leaders in the Omaha area (preferred)
- Direct experience in a clinical environment (preferred)
- Experience with community health improvement strategies (preferred)
