Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive product communication strategies for TREMFYA, ICOTYDE, and nipocalimab, aligning with business priorities and driving reputation outcomes. Lead the development of key messages, branding, and materials while managing product launches, lifecycle communications, and market shaping initiatives. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocates, and industry partners to enhance engagement and foster collaboration across the Immunology portfolio. Coordinate communications for medical congresses, regulatory milestones, and campaign opportunities, ensuring seamless integration of public affairs approaches. Oversee one direct report and model continuous improvement in change management, social engagement, and issues advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business or a related discipline
- 8–10+ years of communications, public relations, advocacy, or related experience
- pharmaceutical experience
- Proven experience managing high-profile company and/or product brands, with a significant emphasis on reputation and issues management
- Experience leading direct reports, with demonstrated leadership and development capabilities
- Strong communications skills, including writing, messaging, and executive-ready briefing support
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with strong judgment and influencing skills
- Experience supporting external stakeholder engagement and integrated campaign execution in partnership with cross-functional teams
