Job Summary
Director, Comms Strategy for Xfinity Creative: lead the Communications Strategy discipline across the in-house creative group, shaping cross-channel campaign systems and ensuring cohesive, channel-native activation from concept to execution. Drive strategic direction, partner with Creative Strategy, Comms Planning, and Media to align messaging with placements, translate insights into actionable strategies, and foster collaboration across pods. Responsibilities include defining channel usage, stressing and sharpening executions for multi-touchpoint campaigns, and developing scalable comms frameworks. Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in comms planning/strategy, a Master’s degree, strong cross-channel fluency, independent judgment, and a track record of leading high-performing teams; must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in comms planning / comms strategy
- Master's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience acceptable
- Strong cross-channel fluency and framework-building ability
- Confident collaborator with creative teams; clear communicator and presenter
- Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
- Willingness to work nights and weekends; variable schedule as necessary
