Job Summary
Director leads strategic and operational initiatives across CareDx’s Commercial organization, owning the Salesforce CRM platform and driving a fully integrated commercial enablement technology stack. Responsibilities include designing a scalable technology ecosystem for field sales and customer teams, developing a multi-year systems roadmap with Salesforce at the center, implementing data governance and master data management, translating business needs into robust technical specifications, delivering real-time performance reporting, and leading a high-performing Sales Ops Systems team. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, healthcare/diagnostics domain knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT, and a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements. Preferred attributes include Salesforce Administration/Lean Six Sigma certifications and experience in post-transplant diagnostics or related therapeutic areas. Location preferences indicate Bay Area availability with openness to West Coast candidates; base salary ranges are provided for US-based roles, including San Francisco Bay Area and remote US-only positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Systems, or related functions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience supporting field teams
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and administration
- Strong understanding of transplant medicine, diagnostic workflows, and healthcare provider dynamics
- Proven ability to build and scale commercial systems that support complex product portfolios and field organizations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable operational improvements
