Job Summary
Own commercial supply strategy and launch readiness plans for IDEAYA's first product, Darovasertib, ensuring supply chain readiness and lifecycle performance. Develop integrated demand/supply plans, production schedules, and inventory strategies while leading the S&OP cadence for monthly reviews and executive reporting. Manage end-to-end inventory operations including GxP/SOX compliance, cycle counting, and expiry tracking as the NetSuite Inventory Module business owner. Oversee commercial packaging, serialization, and cold-chain logistics while partnering with vendors, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure release readiness. Build KPI dashboards to monitor service levels and capacity utilization, driving continuous improvement in planning tools. Report to the VP, Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain, based in South San Francisco with four days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences
- 10–12+ years in biotech/pharma supply chain
- 3+ years commercial and/or late-stage launch readiness experience
- Experience serving as a California Board of Pharmacy–designated representative (DR) for manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor licensing, or eligibility and willingness to serve in this role
- Proven experience managing external manufacturing and supply partners
- Strong understanding of GMP/ GDP, regulatory timing impacts on supply, and global distribution logistics
- Advanced planning/analytics skills (Excel and/or supply planning tools)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- On-site presence four days per week
