Job Summary
Develop and implement the overall commercial real estate banking strategy, establishing long-term growth plans and market positioning to drive revenue, profitability, and client acquisition across Corporate and Community CRE segments. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Commercial Banking Executives, fostering collaboration and building leadership pipelines to support organizational expansion. Maintain accountability for portfolio quality, credit risk management, and regulatory compliance while serving as a senior credit decision maker in formal approval processes. Balance growth objectives with sound risk management and capital allocation principles, representing the platform to key clients, industry organizations, and community stakeholders. This full-time, hybrid position offers flexibility to be based at a designated Fulton Bank location within DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, or VA, with travel to the company's headquarters in Lancaster, PA, typically 2-3 days per month. The salary range is $250,300.00 - $417,200.00 annually, with eligibility for restricted stock units and short-term incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
- 15 or more years Commercial Banking CRE Banking experience with demonstrated performance and leadership success.
- Expert knowledge of commercial real estate banking, including lending structures, portfolio management, credit administration, and market dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of risk management, regulatory requirements, capital allocation, and governance practices applicable to commercial banking
- Business development skills to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Talent development skills with ability to lead leaders and build high-performing organizations
- Strong ability to build partnerships across business lines and with key clients
- Must be able to travel throughout the Fulton Footprint as needed, in addition to travel to the company's headquarters in Lancaster, PA, typically 2-3 days per month
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
