Job Summary
Director, Commercial Learning & Field Enablement is responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive commercial learning strategy that builds field capability, supports launch readiness, and enables sustained commercial performance across Xenon’s U.S. organization. This role owns the design, development, and delivery of all commercial training programs to equip field teams with knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to execute. The Director will build and scale a best-in-class learning ecosystem, integrating product, disease state, market access education, selling skills, account-based engagement models, and enterprise training to support launch needs and long-term capability. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations, and HR, translating commercial strategy into structured, role-specific learning programs, and leadership development for regional sales managers and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include designing and delivering learning journeys (onboarding to advanced development), ensuring training readiness for launches, measuring training effectiveness, managing internal and external resources, integrating training with national/regional meetings, and overseeing budget and direct reports where applicable. Some international travel may be required. The position is remote within the United States and emphasizes a data-driven, outcomes-focused approach to commercial training aligned to brand strategy and milestones.
