Job Summary
Deliver against the US organization's strategies by managing alliances to enhance relationship value and mitigate partnership risks. Drive business growth through proactive management of strategic partnerships for the US Generics Business, including participating in due diligence, building contact networks, and overseeing multi-level partnership evaluations. Lead business growth by renegotiating transactions such as license deals and co-development agreements, while drafting contracts and managing stakeholders to drive internal consensus and formal governance processes. Adhere to internal BD&L processes to ensure quality and consistency throughout the partner relationship lifecycle. Manage day-to-day project prioritization in alignment with strategic priorities. This role requires a Director-level candidate with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and will be based at the Princeton, NJ headquarters with a 20% travel requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in BD&L or Alliance Management roles
- Experience encompassing more than one functional area (e.g. product development, regulatory affairs, product management, marketing, business, development, finance, investment banking, consulting etc.)
- Understanding of the basics of pharmaceutical forecasting and competitive dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of the basics of financial analysis and product P&L modeling
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
