Job Summary
Director of Commerce Marketing to shape and lead the strategic vision for consumer engagement and conversion across on-premise, retail, and digital channels. You will partner with brand, sales, and distributor teams to develop go-to-market strategies, translate consumer insights into activation plans, and drive growth and brand equity. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with customer marketing, regional activation, and agency partners to execute campaigns, and manages relationships with key stakeholders and external partners. Travel up to 50% and provide leadership for high-performing teams; strong presentation and communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 8 years of experience in organizational capability/process management, distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or full cycle project/process management; OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years in the same areas; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in Gallo distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or corporate finance; OR High School Diploma or equivalency plus 14 years in organizational capability/process management or related fields; OR High School Diploma or equivalency plus 12 years of Gallo-specific experience in related fields.
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to management, public groups, and boards of directors
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (air and automobile) during business
- Ability and willingness to travel to company offices/sites for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time
- 18 years or older
