Job Summary
Lead regulatory and quality compliance for global formulas, ingredients, and food labeling across supported countries and regions. Formulate and administer guidance on key issues to ensure uniform alignment in Supplier Quality, Quality, and Food Safety for External Co-manufacturing and Warehousing. Serve as the senior leader in setting global functional and business strategy, aligning and developing high-performing teams to execute those strategies. Manage the Recall Committee or act as Recall Coordinator, documenting investigations and flowing corporate notification procedures. Define performance standards, set priorities for functional data and analytic needs, and mitigate risk through proactive process management to ensure company profitability. Attract, maintain, and develop high-talent staff while negotiating resources and holding teams accountable. Represent McCormick with suppliers and customers, engaging with trade associations and driving continuous improvement across internal and external requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline of study
- PCQI (or HACCP based on region)
- GFSI schemes certification (i.e. SQF practitioner certificate)
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in at least two Quality focus areas (Customer, Operations, Regulatory, Supplier, External Comanufacturing, Global CoE) or related function, including Supply Chain, Product Development
- Supplier QA/Coman QA experience
- GFSI scheme (i.e. SQF, BRC) management experience
- Team leadership experience
- Participant with Supply Chain/Product Development/Sales Teams
- Experience in the Food/Flavor Industry
- Advanced ability to influence others, inside and outside the organization, and with Strategic vendors/customers

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Certification and/or Licenses

- Trade association engagement encouraged
- Must represent McCormick well with suppliers and customers
- Project Management/ Change Management experience preferred
- Experience in the Food/Flavor Industry preferred
