Director, CMS - Strategy & Commercial Operations –

Lead the development and evolution of the Visa Direct Europe strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sustained revenue growth, client expansion, and market leadership. Partner with regional and cluster stakeholders to identify priority growth opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market plans. Collaborate with Global Visa Direct, Corporate Strategy, and other functions to align regional strategy with global priorities and local dynamics. Drive high-impact strategic initiatives to unlock incremental growth and support delivery against financial targets. Support commercial execution through sales pipeline management, RFPs, complex deals, and enablement materials. Contribute to executive reporting and governance processes, ensuring alignment across Strategy, Commercial Operations, and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in London.
