Job Summary
Lead the strategy, operating model, and growth roadmap for Nordic's Cloud Services practice across healthcare providers, payers, and digital health clients. Develop market-facing offerings in cloud strategy, migration, modernization, managed services, FinOps, security, and data platform evolution while driving business development through proposal development and executive presentations. Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic engagements, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with regulatory requirements like HIPAA and HITRUST. Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and consultants, establishing reusable delivery assets and accelerators to improve scalability. Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments involving EHR ecosystems, integration architectures, and cybersecurity controls. This senior leadership role requires 15+ years of experience in cloud and healthcare IT, with a focus on scaling a differentiated advisory capability. Remote or hybrid work with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in cloud, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or healthcare IT leadership roles
- 7+ years of experience advising or delivering technology transformation initiatives in healthcare provider, payer, life sciences, or digital health environments
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a consulting practice, service line, managed services capability, or cloud center of excellence
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EHR platforms, interoperability, clinical and revenue cycle applications, data and analytics platforms, cybersecurity, HIPAA, HITRUST, and related compliance obligations
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Remote or hybrid role with travel as needed for client delivery, executive relationship management, partner engagement, practice development, and internal leadership activities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant cloud, architecture, security, or healthcare technology certifications preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, CISSP, CCSP, or HITRUST-related credentials
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms and operating models, with strong familiarity across Azure and AWS and working knowledge of GCP
