Job Summary
Lead and inspire senior managers across global delivery environments as Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering. Own end-to-end delivery of critical programs and technologies, define and execute strategic roadmaps, manage resources and budgets, drive agile processes, and provide technical and data leadership across data modelling, warehousing, ETL, and BI platforms. Work with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and engineers to deliver enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions, hire and retain high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Focus on scalable architecture, delivery governance, and stakeholder alignment to maximize business value.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Extensive senior software engineering or technology leadership experience in enterprise environments
- People management experience (large, distributed, offshore teams)
- Proven leadership delivering SaaS and cloud-based platforms
- Strong technical foundation with ability to set a clear technical vision
- Experience in data architecture (data modelling, data warehousing, ETL, BI)
- Track record of on-time, on-budget software releases
- Ability to operate across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
