Director, Cloud & Information Security

Director, Cloud & Information Security leads Accelevation's cloud and information security strategy, establishing scalable governance, risk management, and compliance programs to protect assets, customer data, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications while enabling business growth. Responsibilities include defining and executing security strategy, building a scalable security operating model, advising executive leadership on risk posture, establishing incident response plans, leading post-incident reviews, governing identity and access management, partnering with Cloud Operations/Enterprise Systems/Data & Integration/Development teams to embed security into architecture, defining vulnerability management standards, ensuring secure design across ERP and cloud platforms, developing security awareness programs, driving third-party risk assessments, tracking security KPIs/KRIs, overseeing monitoring and threat detection, and delivering regular board-level reporting. Qualifications include strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls), experience with SIEM/EDR/IAM/vulnerability tools, security in Microsoft 365/Azure and SaaS environments, cloud security understanding, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required; 10+ years of progressive information security experience with leadership roles; CISSP/CISM/CISA or equivalent preferred.
