This includes assessing training needs, developing training strategies, managing training teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating program effectiveness. Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience in curriculum design, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and expertise in training methodologies and program evaluation. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and clinical education experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with curriculum design and development
  • Strong foundation with learning technologies
  • Clinical Operations experience in multi-site clinical practice setting developing training programs

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree and or clinical education experience
  • COT/COMT certification
