Job Summary
Conduct regularly scheduled supervision of clinical staff, evaluate treatment plans, and manage a caseload as needed. Serve as the ITM liaison, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Jewish Board policies while overseeing data tracking, collection, and reporting via the Program Implementation Review. Act as a key resource for community outreach, establish linkages with external organizations, and troubleshoot implementation barriers to address program goals. Provide direct supervision to interns and assist in day-to-day model operations through skills groups and on-the-fly coaching. Manage risk regarding client safety and oversee program development, documentation review, and curriculum design.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LMSW or a master's degree in social work
- Behavioral Health or related field
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in either child welfare, Juvenile justice, mental health, or other residential treatment setting
- Three (3) of which having been in a senior managerial/operations level capacity
- Specialized experience with residential treatment
- Bilingual, Spanish, Creole, French
- Knowledge of electronic medical systems or CONNECTIONS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word
- Aptitude for learning new systems and application software
- Experience with telemental health platforms
- Ability to navigate stairs
- Ability to respond to crisis
- Attend meetings outside of program, as needed
Desired Qualifications
