Director, Clinical Services, Pharmacy

Lead and advance clinical pharmacy services across the organization by directing high-quality operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and laws. Support company-wide pharmacy and clinical functions to ensure safe, cost-effective operations while setting performance standards for personnel. Oversee clinical services support during and after business hours, ensuring patient care guidance is available, and guarantee all practices meet state, federal, and regulatory licensing requirements. Manage REMS program management tools for FDA compliance and coordinate Clinical Services support across departments including reimbursement, sales, operations, procurement, HR, and compliance. Develop location performance improvement programs through audits and serve as the primary drug information resource. Direct the development of resources for new drugs and indications while maintaining clinical competency through ongoing education, literature review, and participation in relevant seminars. Conduct branch and record audits regularly to identify improvement areas and report any policy violations to appropriate managers. Contribute to the professional body of knowledge by preparing papers, reports, and presentations for management and industry conferences.
