Director Clinical Services - Neurosurgery

Monitor all outpatient clinical practice activities and oversee daily clinical operations for the Department's Specialty Practice. Direct administration includes serving as the central contact for Washington University Physicians Network and Faculty Practice Plan activities, while planning the transition to an Ambulatory Care Center. Analyze revenue-generating activities to ensure appropriate service capture and develop financial reports for administrative review. Manage clinical improvement projects covering patient scheduling, transcription, flow, prescriptions, and call messaging. Assist in developing staffing plans, implementing policies for operational efficiency, and developing staff training activities for clinical outpatient operations.
