Director, Clinical Program- Division of Infectious Diseases

Administer the day-to-day operations of the center and function as the primary point of contact for administrative issues. Lead the development and execution of initiatives in alignment with the center's objectives to provide information, education, counseling, guidance, support, and resources. Collaborate with senior administrators to solicit support for these initiatives and develop state-of-the-art, patient-centered resources. Establish and continuously assess the effectiveness of internal controls within the unit and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures. Ensure employees are trained on controls and University policy. Lead annual HRSA recertification, covered entity registration, site maintenance, and contract pharmacy registration. Oversee internal and external audits, gap analyses, tracers, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. Partner with Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Information Technology, and clinical teams to ensure compliant medication procurement, charge capture, billing, reimbursement, and reporting. Manage buy-and-bill workflows to improve reimbursement outcomes and reconcile payments. Generate and analyze operational reports to reconcile service dates, drug utilization, monthly payments, and program savings.
