Job Summary
The Director of Clinical Pharmacology will lead early-stage drug development programs and represent the Clinical Pharmacology function on cross-functional Asset Teams. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of Phase 1 clinical trials, designing and overseeing early-phase trials, collaborating on biomarker and pharmacodynamic endpoints, and supporting regulatory submissions like INDs and NDAs. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, and demonstrate skills in trial design and regulatory knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology or related field
- 10 years of relevant industry experience, including all aspects of drug development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rare disease is a strong plus
