Job Summary
Lead strategic clinical leadership to advance enterprise-wide initiatives enhancing quality, safety, and efficiency in oncology care delivery. Design, standardize, document, and optimize clinical workflows for Piedmont Oncology employed practices, hospital-based departments, and care teams to ensure evidence-based practice and operational excellence. Oversee clinical protocols, oncology nurse navigation, care pathways, quality improvement initiatives, and alignment with regulatory standards. Direct management of the centralized Navigation Center's clinical staff, cancer genetics, and Lead Advanced Practice Providers. Collaborate with Directors of Infusion and Radiation Business Operations and hospital-based Oncology Operations to execute system-wide initiatives supporting growth and exceptional clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board
- 10 years of progressively responsible oncology experience
- five (5) years of leadership experience managing clinical operations for oncology service lines
- Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP/FNP) Upon Hire
- PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia Upon Hire
- Updated NCCPA certification for PAs Upon Hire
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical doctoral degree (e.g. Doctor of Nursing Practice)
- Experience practicing as an advanced practice provider in oncology
