Job Summary
Lead clinical excellence managers and drive customer success through account management, sales process participation, and strategic business planning. Execute routine customer business reviews, manage problem accounts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to expand partial footprints and implement best practices for new installations. Serve as the clinical point of contact for escalations, ensure compliance with regulations, and coach the team on career development while traveling up to 75% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device setting
- Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in developing a business plan and ROI
- Deep understanding of the health system accreditation process
- Strong process and quality improvement background
- Competent in translating data and analytics into action plans
- Ambition to leverage clinical expertise to advance the business objectives
- Display enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross functional work environment
- Sense of urgency, ability to work effectively under pressure, and ability to multi-task

- Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Experience in or collaboration with the medical device industry
- Functional knowledge of dialysis or other relevant medical technologies
- Advanced certifications in nursing or related fields
- ACNO, CNO, VP of Patient Care Services or DON experience
- Certified Nurse Executive (CNE)
- Certified Nurse Executive Advanced Board (NEA-BC)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
- Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN)
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
