Director Clinical Education RN

Spearhead the development and implementation of clinical education programs that align with the Nursing Strategic Plan and The Joint Commission standards. Lead the dissemination of scientific findings to support evidence-based practices and conduct needs assessments for formal and informal education addressing patient population needs. Oversee Nursing Center of Excellence components including Shared Governance and Clinical Ladder programs while managing departmental resources, staffing, and budget to improve clinical practice and reduce costs. Foster collaboration among stakeholders and escalate issues to governance committees as required. This role supports a comprehensive health care organization serving diverse communities across Southern California with a focus on transforming nursing practice and enhancing patient care outcomes.
