Job Summary
Oversee the launch of new client engagements and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts to build strong client relationships. Lead and mentor client-facing delivery teams while establishing performance goals and accountability standards across the division. Evaluate client launch materials, reporting frameworks, and communication templates to drive improvements in weekly and monthly reporting, identifying opportunities for automation, scalability, and margin improvement. Partner with executive leadership to define the long-term vision for Sales Services and track division KPIs including client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance. Recommend new processes, technologies, or service enhancements that strengthen delivery and results. This highly visible role shapes the future of demandDrive's client services offering for B2B organizations ranging from emerging businesses to enterprise brands.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in client services, sales operations, or service delivery leadership, ideally in B2B or agency environments
- 5 + Experience in industrial manufacturing across multiple industries
- Proven success managing client-facing teams and scaling service delivery organizations
- Strong track record of improving processes and delivering measurable client outcomes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience developing and interpreting client performance reports
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving client needs
- Remote or hybrid work model (depending on proximity to HQ in Waltham, MA - must reside in the U.S.)
