Job Summary

As the Director of Client Services, you will lead strategic client relationships and oversee the delivery of loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and grow enterprise value. This position requires 10–12 years in client services or loyalty marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build senior-level client relationships. You will manage client loyalty program strategy, analyze insights for program optimization, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and an advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and driving growth within client portfolios
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
