Job Summary
Lead and elevate a team of client-facing Employee Health & Benefits professionals by setting clear expectations, reinforcing best practices, and creating an environment where people feel engaged and accountable. Provide strategic direction for market service delivery in partnership with the Division Manager and Regional Client Service Leader, while serving as a key connector to regional partners to align local execution with national tools and evolving process expectations. Review performance and operational data to ensure caseloads are balanced and resources are deployed effectively, overseeing the annual review process to support development and build a leadership pipeline. Collaborate with Operations and Learning & Development to implement training plans and facilitate hiring, acting as a steward of workflow quality, compliance, and platform adoption to establish region-wide standards and procedures. Coordinate with agency Employee Benefit leaders to improve workflows, ensuring corporate initiatives and compliance expectations are embedded into daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred or industry equivalent experience
- 10+ years of industry experience
- experience in project management
