Job Summary
Director, Client Service (Political) leads a portfolio of key political clients with Account Management and Business Development teams; develops 12-month growth strategies; leads RTB buying strategies and optimization; mentors clients and junior team members; collaborates with Product Management to define features and enhancements; builds trading best practices and training resources; oversees onboarding to ensure client success on The Trade Desk platform; communicates value proposition and partnerships to grow current accounts; requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7+ years of adtech operations/trading experience with 4+ years in client-facing roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater
- 7+ years of online adtech operations/trading experience
- 4+ years of client-facing experience
- Experience working with client in the political space
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff
- Experience with ad exchanges, ad servers, data onboarding, optimization platforms
- Experience with CPA/CPC campaigns in RTB
- Experience with MMM, attribution, data flow, analytics, and identity issues
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting
