Job Summary
As Director of Client Partnerships, you will drive revenue by owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing deals with pharmaceutical and CRO clients. You will develop and expand client relationships, manage RFPs, lead meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to support client success. Qualified candidates will have over 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the clinical research space, demonstrating a strong record of meeting sales quotas, alongside consultative selling skills, executive presence, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience selling solutions or services to pharmaceutical companies and/or CROs
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the clinical research or life sciences space
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and opportunity qualification capabilities
- Executive presence — comfortable engaging and influencing at all levels, including C-suite
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of the clinical trial market and competitive landscape
- Experience as a consultative seller
